enisyst and Vector Simplify Charging Management in Energy Systems
2022-02-08

Through the partnership with Vector, enisyst's modular energy management solution is supplemented by a module for the manufacturer-independent control of charge points. The charging and load management system vCharM fits seamlessly into the enisyst system landscape and enables the standard compliant connection of any number of charging stations. vCharM forms the central interface of all charging stations with the energy management system. This means that each charging station does not have to be connected to the energy management system individually, but can be configured, monitored and controlled conveniently and centrally within one software.
vCharM uses the universal communication protocol OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) and is therefore compatible with numerous charging station models. Thus, installers and operators of the charging infrastructure are not limited to one brand. Further OCPP-capable charging stations from other manufacturers can be gradually added. This ensures a successive and future-proof expansion of the charging infrastructure.
enisyst's comprehensive energy management system can be easily controlled and expanded from individual system controls to complete BMS and control systems. The web-based interface provides all information and control functions at a glance regardless of location. It offers comprehensive metering and monitoring for gas, water, electricity and heat. The intelligent load and storage management is now extended by charging management and enables in-house power optimization and peak load management. In addition, it provides load shifting potentials and prevents the system overload.
Together, enisyst and Vector are simplifying the progressive expansion of the charging infrastructure and ensure the sustainable integration of electric charging into existing and new residential and commercial properties.
