POSTPONED - Vector Automotive Ethernet Symposium 2020

Through applications in the areas of ADAS, infotainment and connectivity, Ethernet technology has made the breakthrough in vehicles. Together with us, dare to look ahead to the coming developments.

Due to the current situation in Germany and Europe, we have decided to postpone the Vector Symposia 2020.

In the meantime, please use our website and inform yourself about the topics of the symposium.

Save the Date

Meet the Experts

On 21st of April 2020, the Wagenhallen in Stuttgart will open their doors for the 5th Vector Automotive Ethernet Symposium. More than 200 experts will discuss Automotive Ethernet. In several presentations the speakers show the current status and present solutions for the upcoming challenges.

The presentations will be rounded off with an exhibition in which Vector will present its tools and solutions for various aspects of Automotive Ethernet. Reason enough for you to be part of the Vector Automotive Ethernet Symposium 2020.

Topics and Speakers

Be inspired by excellent presentations from industry leading companies.

These are the topics ...

  • High Speed Interfaces for High Performance Computing
  • How can DoIP (ISO13400) be efficiently applied in future vehicle architectures?
  • Identifying and filtering frames in the Ethernet MAC
  • IEEE 802.1Qbv Implementation (TSN)
  • Replay of recorded data and their synchronization across tools
  • Simulation and testing of Ethernet-based networks
  • Application of the new Vector Ethernet interfaces in practice

... and these are the speakers:

  • Daniel Hopf, Continental Automotive GmbH
  • Max Turner, Ethernovia Inc.
  • Harald Zweck, Infineon Technologies AG
  • N.N, Keysight Technologies
  • Gleb Ovchinnikov, Marvell Semiconductor Germany GmbH
  • Mohammad Tariq Javaid, Vector GB Limited

Meet and Interact

Networking at the Vector Events

The agenda provides ample opportunity for you to engage in in-depth conversations with colleagues from the industry. Take advantage of the generous breaks for information exchange, networking and discussion.

Accompanying to the lectures, we will present a large exhibition with a wide range of products related to Automotive Ethernet. Talk to the Vector colleagues at their workstations about your questions and requests on the following topics:

  • Testing of Ethernet-based ECUs and networks
  • New, powerful interfaces
  • AUTOSAR basic software for Ethernet communication and Time Sensitive Networking (TSN)
  • and many more exhibits ...

The event will take place in the Wagenhallen Stuttgart (Germany).

Wagenhallen Stuttgart
Innerer Nordbahnhof 1
70191 Stuttgart (Germany)

As the Wagenhallen Stuttgart only have a very limited number of parking spaces, we ask you to travel by public transportation. From "Hauptbahnhof" (main station) please take the U5, U6, U7 and U12 to "Pragfriedhof". From here, you reach the Wagenhallen Stuttgart by foot in about 4 minutes.

Vector Ethernet Solution

Vector offers a wide range of sophisticated tools, basic software and competent services for all aspects of Automotive Ethernet. This simplifies the design, implementation and testing of Ethernet-based distributed systems in the vehicle. An overview of all Ethernet products and their application areas can be found on the following webpage.
