Contains the complete installation of DaVinci Developer 4.5.20.
For the operation a license of version 4.5 or higher is necessary. In case an according license is already activated on your PC no further renewal of this activation is necessary.
This release is only relevant for AUTOSAR 4. AUTOSAR 3 is supported by DaVinci Developer Version 3.7 or previous releases.
With DaVinci Developer 4.5, the following changes become effective:
This release will upgrade existing DaVinci DEV 3.x workspaces to a newer format. For creating/updating projects with DaVinci Configurator, the latest Service-Pack of the according DaVinci Configurator 5 version is required. DaVinci Developer 4.5 is only available as a 64-bit executable, i.e. Windows 32-bit is no longer supported.
Diff&Merge now supports a 3-way merge which automatically performs the correct merge action when using "auto-merge"
Dynamic-length arrays can now be initialized to be empty
"Create Port Prototypes" now provides an Assistant to configure required and optional settings and the command was renamed to "Create Port(s) from Signal(s)"
It was not possible to change the init value when multi-selecting several com specs
DaVinci Developer crashed when flipping the port orientation in the SWC's graphic view
It was not possible to change an operation argument's data type if another data type with the same name existed in another package
Diff&Merge showed an exception when a diagnostic service need was removed with merge action "Use OTHER"
An exception occurred when using Find view's "Show in Object Browser" and the element was not visible in the Object Browser due to a filter
Duplicate root packages were not reported if their name only differed in character case
Open editors were not updated after a Diff&Merge action has been executed
The property "Transformation Error Handling" could be edited although it is not available for mode and calibration ports
Another editor was focused after a Drag&Drop operation has been finished
The File Browser showed files of referenced DCFs as "internal" instead of "external"
An exception occured when a new reference was set in the "Unresolved References" dialog
Workspace files contained a Byte Order Mark (UTF-8 BOM)
The data mapping function "Create Port Prototypes" created a type reference with a data constr although it referenced a complex data type
