Issues solved:
- VT System: Stimulation Running Attribute for VT2004 Modules could lead to problems in generated tests

- Test Configuration: Treatment of undefined values now works in any case
- Test: P2Extended time was not correctly evaluated (in some cases for ODX data)
- CANoe: Irritating "Diagnostic not initialized" messages removed from CANoe write window
