With Service Pack 1, the following changes become effective:

User Operation and Display:

• New macro {PROJECTFILE} to get the file name of the currently loaded project.
• Scripts added to a toolbar or assigned to a hotkey can be executed during measurement.
• Suppress initial upload of the configured RAM if HEX file and checksum is available.
• Fixed problem with protected configuration having a floating graphic window.
• Fixed problem with lost input signals of virtual file signals in case of cascaded virtual signals.
• Corrected output of Format column in calibration window.
• Fixed problem when deleting components of a structure from display windows.
• Improved performance of graphic window redraw during calculation of envelope curve (background thread).
• Fixed a drawing problem in graphic window in case of disabled signals and display of envelope curve.
• Fixed problem when saving signals from a graphic window which contains signals from multiple MDF files with equal internal block structure.
• Keep sort order when inserting measurement signals into measurement configuration.
• Fixed scrolling problem in measurement configuration browser in case the third party tool "Hardcopy" is installed.

Communication Protocol:

• CCP: 32 bit to 16 bit float conversion considers Intel/Motorola format settings.
• XCP: Byte order in extended settings of a generated XCP device depends on the A2L settings (Intel/Motorola) if available.
• Update CAL ram and unlock CAL resource after menu item "Flash | Save and Flash par file..." has been executed.

Offline Analysis of Measurement Files:

• Vector Logging import converter stops conversion and reports a warning when the created MDF file exceeds the 4 GB limitation of MDF 3.x.
• Pre and Post Calculation function for virtual signals can be removed again.
• Performance optimization for loading MDF files which contain many signals with a verbal conversion table.
• Changed calculation of envelope curve to prevent gaps during display.
• Fixed problem in Data window when replacing MDF files and displaying structures.
• Fixed rounding problem in MDF Library when writing signed integer values.
• Fixed possible blocking of Data Mining server after first run.

Database:

• ELF/DWARF Map file reader supports a new option to use names of all inherited classes as prefix for member names.

Calibration Data Management:

• Fix problem for command "Load parameter set": setting "Validate with CDM-Studio" will be evaluated.
• Support Japanese character set for pre-defined history entries in CDF20 component and in generic report component.
• Save newly created parameter set in the pre-defined format when executing command "Save as...".

MATLAB/Simulink Support:

• Support automatic generation of global variables for the MATLAB/Simulink block "Buffered Input".

Diagnostics:

• CANditoFlash: File open dialogs now start with working directory.
• Added possibility to use two devices with equal communication parameters although one is not active.
• Variant selection: user will be informed when an invalid variant has been selected.

COM Interface:

• Fixed automation error in Responses.Item() COM interface method.
• Fixed module creation problem in API.
