With Service Pack 1 (update to 5.1 build 25) the following changes become effective:

Trace window

• More detailed interpretation of the messages VT12 and VT21 in the diagnostic column

Virtual Terminal

• Learn mode for assignment of auxiliary functions to auxiliary inputs
• Support of diagnostic information messages
• Zoom mode available in case of multiple working sets now as well
• Correct behavior in passive mode (no timeout)
• Correct handling of Pointer Type 3 of Auxiliary Pointer Designator
• Improved handling after modifying the settings

ISO11783 Node Layer

• Object Pool API: supports assignment response for nodes supporting Virtual Terminal Version 2
• Object Pool API: stores auxiliary assignments and sends preferred assignments
• Object Pool API: supports learn mode for auxiliary assignments
• Object Pool API: sends supported Virtual Terminal version in maintenance message if version > 2
• Process Data API: sends correct Working-set task message

J1939 CAPL Generator

• Support of Virtual Terminal Version 4

• Correct display of J1939 string signals in Trace Window
• J1939 Scanner: more information in online help for pages Nodes (description of the columns, e.g. First Change and Last Change) and Network(description of used arrows and display of inactive nodes)
