With Service Pack 1 (update to 7.2 build 42), the following changes become effective:
General:
- Support for Windows 7 32 Bit (Windows 7 64 Bit Support prepared, release together with new HW-drivers in Q1/2010)
- Installer now supports MSI based silent updates of existing CANalyzer 7.2 installations using software deployment systems.
- Support for Daimler Autosar System Description (Note: System Descriptions from other OEMs are not released)
Option .LIN:
- LIN support of the CANcardXLe (ExpressCard) - please download and install the newest driver (Version 7.3 or higher)
SCOPE for LIN:
- Usability improvements
BAP:
- The Function Class of a BAP Message can now determined via CAPL. This allows the explicit correlation of the FunctionID to its meaning. Implementation of CAPL filters is now much easier and allows for example the filtering of heart beat messages.
Option .IP:
- Ethernet Packet Builder: IPv4 option fields can be inserted even if Ethernet packet length is already 1514byte.
