DaVinci Component Tester 1.0
Following the AUTOSAR methodology you can develop the application software of an ECU as hardware-independent software components (SWCs) based on a Virtual Functional Bus (VFB). DaVinci Component Tester is used as VFB emulator, enabling the execution of the SWCs on the PC.
If DaVinci Component Tester is used together with a testing tool such as CANoe, you can validate the functionality of the SWCs comfortably on the PC. Typical use cases are single atomic unit testing or integration testing of multiple SWCs. Thanks to the dynamic configuration via AUTOSAR XML files DaVinci Component Tester can be used as rapid prototyping environment during development of the SWCs.
