실제 테스트 주행 시, 파나메라의 중앙 게이트웨이 ECU를 자동으로 검증
파나메라에는 총 6개의 CAN 버스와 여러개의 LIN버스가 중앙 게이트웨이 ECU로 연결, 이렇게 형성된 네트워크를 통해 데이터 교환한다. 라우팅 동작을 검증하기 위해서는 각기 다른 운전 환경에서 수많은 테스트를 하고 이를 면밀히 분석할 필요가 있다. 포르쉐는 입력 신호를 시뮬레이션할 수 있는 실험실 테스트는 물론, 실제 테스트 주행 및 스트레스 거는 시나리오 중에도 게이트웨이 ECU의 데이터 트래픽을 실시간으로 검증하기 원했다.
Daimler:
Hardware Simulation for the Challenging Unimog Tire Pressure Control System
There are many good reasons to always drive off-road utility vehicles with tire pressure adjusted for specific conditions. Developers at Daimler AG used a new type of test system for realistic tests of the next generation tire pressure control system for off-road Unimog vehicles. The test system simulates all sensors and actuators of an ECU’s environment and enables comprehensive HIL tests, including simulation of fault situations in the environment’s hardware and wiring.
Robert Bosch:
Validating Software Requirements by Efficient Airbag ECU Tests
In the automobile, airbags are among the safety-critical systems whose reliability can be a matter of life or death. Even during product development, numerous validation tests are indispensable at all development stages. A new test system at the Robert Bosch company increases efficiency in early test phases in development; it shortens test times while simultaneously increasing testing depth. It also reduces the number of test iterations for system tests on existing HIL test benches.
