New Features:

• ASAP2 Editor: New CANape.INI parameter: ASAP2_EDITOR_FORCE_VALID_IDENTIFIERS where the user can set not to force identifiers that comply to the actual ASAP2 specification
• The version of VCANDLL has been updated to 1.1.1.1 to reflect all changed between 1.1.0.0 and 1.1.1.0 and a new release has been built and checked into CANape 5.6.
• ASAP2 Editor: New database export format "Car-Diac CDP" implemented
• XCP driver: Driver parameter added to disable ODT entry optimization regarding addresses: "ODT_ENTRY_ADDRESS_OPT_DISABLED"
• New Entry in the GFX file for Advanced Multimedia: DEVICE:CAN:$Message$Signal
• GPS: Support of Mirosoft MapPoint2004
• Record layout in the ASAP2 Editor: Decreasing index for axis points is supported
• New option in the option dialog to enable calibration of physical values although they have a algebraic formula without an inverse.
• New script function DiagRawMessageByArray() for flash scripts.
• Support of linker map format OMF251.

Other Issues:

• Transmitted XCP DAQ timestamps are calculated correct  TIMESTAMP_TICK_MODE "Divide" is used
• Correct behaviour of 3D map display window if the MDF file containing the array signal is replaced or deleted
• Correct behaviour of 3D map measurement window if a map from a file is displayed and the file is closed in the file list dialog
• CANape works correct if two or more XCP devices use the same A2L file
• There's no difference if a MDF file is automatically saved during measurement or manually saved by using the option of the graphic window contect menu
• Correct handling of dots in Map-file names
• Value History works correct now in Calibration window
• Value blocks with 2 dimension are now written correctly into DCM | CSV | XML.
• Deny copying of value block, if the dimension of the source and target object is not compliant.
• Function editor: Compilation of "0x," expression in the function browser works now correct
• Function editor: The symbols in quotes containing $ characters are now supported in canape functions language
• Function editor: Databases are now exported correct by the function ExportDatabase() within a script
• CCP/XCP: modifiying bitslices in motorola format is now working while being online.
• Graphic window with XY display: Now it is possible to move measurement cursor
• KWPsim.exe works also in case of Hyperthreading and Multi-Core-CPU
• FlexRay: Correct TL-parameter is written now into the INI-file in case of a FlexRay device
• FlexRay: Transport layer dll checks the minimum version requirements on open channel for Busdoctor and FlexCard
• The y-axis of a map is now also copied in the CDM studio
