Additional fix in SP3b: Updated version of the EffectiveODX Viewer

With Service Pack 3, the following changes become effective (SP1 and SP2 are contained):

User Operation and Display:

• The recorder columns of the signal list in the measurement configuration browser are added and removed automatically.
• The measurement configuration browser always shows the properties of the device signals even the data is shown from a measurement file.
• The comment column of the Data Window supports hyperlinks in the comment text.
• Issue with growing toolbar configuration file solved if the user has changed the toolbar of ActiveX windows.
• Limitation of display buffer size for measurement data is increased to 11 days.

Communication Protocols:

• Fixed KWP driver issue which occurred if the hardware interface was not attached.
• Fixed issue caused by corrupt hardware driver installation.

Measurement Data Acquisition:

• Store measurement comment text created by scripts and by functions in proper time order.
• Write window text entries are stored only one time into the measurement file even the measurement is splitted into multiple files.
• Signals measured with single events like "On Key" are always stored into separate groups into the measurement file.
• Fixed NI-DAQmx data acquisition issue when measuring in polling modes.
• Problem fixed if the system can not provide free memory for storing of measurement data.

Offline Analysis of Measurement Files:

• Improved handling of invalid MDF 4 measurement files created by third party tools.
• MDF Shell Extension problem solved for measurement files if the current user has no read access rights.
• MDF measurement files can be split into multiple smaller files.
• Equalize writing and interpretation of aquisition information of MDF 4 files with ETAS.
• New option added to keep spaces in signal names of MDF files.
• The interpolation flag is supported by measurement file export converter for DIAdem.

Diagnostics:

• Fixed issue which prevented Flashing with only a CANditoFlash license bit.
• Fixed issue which prevented a diagnostic device to go offline.
• Fixed variant coding window issue.
• Fixed issue which prevented CANditoFlash to start under specific circumstances.

Data Mining:

• Files can be analysed which have set the read only flag.
