2008-11-25: CANoe.CANopen 5.0

New Features:

Creating application tests easily:
You can generate a test environment for a CANopen network at the press of a button. In turn, this makes it easy to create application tests. Simulated network nodes can be “remote controlled” by a user created test sequence. The user triggers a PDO transfer from the simulated node to the DUT (Device Under Test) by a simple function call. Another function call by SDO reads the output value from the DUT and compares it to the target value. Extended test functions:
New test functions let the user create LSS (Layer Setting Services) tests for CANopen devices.

New generation templates for device tests:
The following test scenarios can be fully generated and executed for a CANopen device: This increases testing depth compared to the CANopen Conformance Test.

Signal information for PDOs in the database:
Signal names are considered in generating the CAN database. They are displayed in the Trace window, provided that signals have been defined for mapped objects in the EDS file.
