With Service Pack 6 (update to 7.2 build 89), the following changes become effective:

VN8900:

Standalone operation of a VN8900 can now also be configured with a separate tool called Standalone Manager. This tool is delivered with CANoe and can be installed on any other computer without the need for a CANoe license. Standalone configuration files which have been exported from CANoe be downloaded to a VN8900 with the Standalone Manager. Furthermore operations like measurement start/stop and standalone mode activation/deactivion can be done.
LEDs on the VN8900 can now be switched in CAPL code and keys pressed on the VN8900 can be handled.
It is now possible to set date and time on a connected VN8900.

Test Feature Set:

Integration to Test Automation Editor: Multiple usage of AUTOSAR System Description Files on different networks now possible.
Test Pattern <faultmem_dtcs> uses now the correct request also for GMLAN
CAPL-Function TestWaitForDiagRequestSent allows now the immediate sending of other requests even on previous error on TP layer.

Option .LIN:

Option .MOST:

The protocol attribute PIndex of MOST150 messages can now be accessed via a CAPL selector. This attribute is additionally visible in the column 'Counter' in the trace window.
The new hardware variant of the Optolyzer G2, with modified chip order, is now supported.
Logging File Formats: Import and Export of IMG files now also supports MOST50; The interpretation of the OP2 format was improved in regard of light & lock event handling.
The integrated Networkmaster (NWM) now also supports a shutdown of the MOST ring during ongoing ring scan
