Support of State Group relevant testing: test those services in every state of a state group which have restrictions for this state group.
CANoe Logging Trace file name is now automatically incremented on every measurement start.

Requirements can now be linked to single test steps.
Requirement descriptions now support basic formatting features.
Support of Drag and Drop for state descriptions and reports

Data Customizatinon: Slider position is now stored

Issues solved:

VT System: Original stimulation is now restored when ShortCircuit is removed.
Data Customization View: Symbolic editing of request parameters was not activated.
Service Exclusions for some specific ODX services definitions did not work correctly.
Float Expectation Values were sometimes stored incorrectly.
