Resolved issues:

• CANopen NodeLayer: If a PDO uses dummy mapping in the DCF file the error "API Error (0x2A)" is reported in the write window and the PDO will be disabled at start of the node. Furthermore if the dummy mapping shall be configured via SDO access it will be aborted with "object cannot be mapped".
