Issues solved:

Support ISO15765_PADDING_ERROR (EIP07488) For ISO15765 ProtocolID a CAN frame may be received with less than 8 data bytes. In this case, the RxStatus flag is set appropriately to ISO15765_PADDING_ERROR.
Provide tool to switch the PassThru channel assignment via command-line (EIP10000) The PassThru channels have to be assigned via the "Vector Hardware Config" application (as described in the GettingStarted.pdf document). However, if the user e.g. needs to switch always between a fixed set of configurations, it is more convenient to automate this. In the PassThru installation folder a tool (including example) is provided, that allows switching the PassThru channel assignment via command-line -> "AssignPassThruChan.exe".
Support overriding the StMin time reported by the ECU (EIP20488) SAE J2534-1 specifies a parameter to override the StMin time from the flow control frame reported by the ECU. This way, it's possible to reduce the overall time for a multi segmented message transmission to the ECU (e.g. ECU reprogramming).
