VN8900 Network Interface Family:

CANoe supports the VN8900 network interfaces. The VN8900 combines the ease of use (plug & play, USB - as e.g. CANcaseXL, VN7600) with real-time capability. For that purpose in CANoe the real-time-relevant parts of the simulation- and test environment are executed on the VN8900 device (as known from CANoe RT). Thereby you achieve improvements with respect to latency times and precision of timers.

Standalone Mode
Standalone mode is supported for VN8910 devices and CANoe RT servers. In this mode, you can execute the realtime-specific portions of a configuration without connecting the device to the user PC. You can set up the device so that measurement begins as soon as it is switched on. You can also interact using a keypad attached directly to the device (to stop and start measurement).
