2008-11-28: CANcardXLe Driver 6.8

New Features:

Support for Vector ExpressCard Drive.
Basic support for Single Wire CANcabs (transmission of HighVoltage Message and HighPrio Message not possible).
Support for IOcab with XL-API and CANape (CANoe support will follow with version 7.1 SP2).
Fixed stand-by and power down issues.
