2010-03-26: RP1210 API 2.1.41 SP3

The Service Pack contains improvements for CAN error handling like e.g. bus-off. Additionally, the support for transport protocols can now optionally be switched on or off. This makes customization of the RP1210 API to your own applications more flexible.
