Issues solved:

GUI: Paste of valid signature string is denied (EIP10202) HexBinary formatted data like Signature/CRCs can be copied in all cases.
ODX-Export: Export of empty optional fields (EIP9315) Export of empty own/expected idents is suppressed.
ODX-Export: Non referenced IDENT-DESC (EIP10252) Warning is issued, if IDENT-DESC refers to IDENT not used/exported.
ODX-Im/Export: Handle UTF-8 encoded index.xml catalog files of PDX archives (EIP9626, EIP9628)

Other improvements:

ODX-Import: OEM specific ODX-F import handling (EIP10021)
ODX-Export: Warning in ODX export if data block does not contain any used segments (EIP9541)
ODX-Export: Warning in ODX export if revision history is empty (EIP9157)
GUI: Valid ECUs mask (EIP8768) New button "Update..." available with same functionality as "Update..." context menu item.
CANdelaStudio converters: CANdelaStudio 5.5 CDDs can be imported out of the box.
