New Features:
- Support of State Group relevant testing: test those services in every state of a state group which have restrictions for this state group.
- CANoe Logging Trace file name is now automatically incremented on every measurement start.
- VT System: Short Circuits (Ground, Batt) are now always created on line "a".
- Requirements can now be linked to single test steps.
- Requirement descriptions now support basic formatting features.
- Support of Drag and Drop for state descriptions and reports
- Reduced Memory Consumption for loaded report

- Data Customizatinon: Slider position is now stored

Issues solved:
- VT System: Original stimulation is now restored when ShortCircuit is removed.
- Data Customization View: Symbolic editing of request parameters was not activated.
- Service Exclusions for some specific ODX services definitions did not work correctly.
- Float Expectation Values were sometimes stored incorrectly.
