Ergänzung in SP5b: Aktualisierte Version des EffectiveODX Viewers

Die folgenden Änderungen werden mit Service Pack 5 wirksam (SP1, SP2, SP3 und SP4 sind enthalten):

Improved User Operation and Display

  • A video device is disconnected if it is unplugged.
  • A MATLAB/Simulink object associated device can be deleted also if the same input object is used multiple times.
  • Windows 7: File dialogs are always using working directory as initial directory.
  • Windows 7: Improved functionality of hyperlinks in CANape online help.
  • CANconv: Fixed issue which mixed messages from different logical channels into same MDF channel for J1939 or FlexRay.
  • Improved import of CANape configuration files.
  • CANape script function "Exit()" is reported in DEBUG_LOG file.
  • Improved displaying bits within digital window.
  • Measurement can be started though MDI window is undocked.
  • Saving of triggered measurement files has been optimized.
  • Improved multimedia sync signal adaption which comes from BLF file.

Communication Protocol

  • XCP: Optimization of upload procedure.
  • XCP on Ethernet: Support of IGNORE_CTR_FAULTS.
  • Fixed issue for KWP2000 usage without license available (offline mode).
  • Fixed buffer overflows when measuring large amount of data.
  • Reduced MDF file size for FlexRay measurements.
  • LIN: Added support for CANcard XLe.
  • FlexRay: Fixed issue which affected MDF file generation when measuring null frames.

Extended Measurement Data Acquisition

  • Multimedia signals with multiple trigger points can be stored in one MDF file.
  • Improved saving of signals to MDF via script function "SaveDisplayBuffers" or via pop-up menu in measurement window.
  • Improved saving of signals to MDF via pop-up menu in measurement window concerning start time.
  • XCP: Improved memory allocation for large measurement configurations.
  • XCPonEthernet: Improved memory allocation in case of measurement with high data rate

Offline Analysis of Measurement Files

  • Project management: Measurement files referenced by file channels are only listed once.
  • MDFLib: Support of files with INT64 timestamps, possibility to correct additional records.
  • MDFLib: Improved creation of MDF 3.2 files concerning timestamps.

Database

  • Improved import of structures from CDD to A2L.
  • ASAP2 Editor: Improved saving of units for standard axis.
  • Improved support of map files containing long record names (>128 characters).
  • ASAP2 Editor: Updating the database addresses updates the structure tree.
  • CCP/XCP: Improved funtionality of option "Reconnect after flashing".
  • Improved saving of conversion tables to database.
  • Improved saving of A2L if AML contains an ENUM value with more than 2 Bytes
  • ASAP2Editor: Improved handling of A2L files containing empty structs in IF_DATA section

Calibration Data Management (Parameter Sets & CDM Studio)

  • Display a message if an A2L file is loaded into CDM-Studio which includes a CHARACTERISIC with wrong ALIGNMENT.
  • CDM-Studio: Display the correct tool tip (selected Filter(s)) in current device column. For 'snapshot' columns the snapshot timestamp appears as tooltip.
  • EXCEL-Report now displays no value instead of an invalid value if the parameter set has no parameter. Also it displays the parameter name in the correct column.
  • Support save parameter set as MatrixX (*.ms) file.
  • In Case of CDF20 file deny copy&paste of variant coded parameter if target parameter set does not support variant coded parameters.
  • Improved handling of A2L files which contains not correctly described parameters, e.g. if a parameter refers a curve axis as x-Axis but this object is declared as common axis.
  • Fix in detail window "format specific information" in case of multi selection and if the parameter set is based on PaCo format.
  • Update the filter content correctly if the option "Display referenced and defined parameter" is changed.
  • Set the read only state of the 2D/3D detail window correctly if the CDF20 complete state option is changed or the state itself is modified.

Extended MATLAB/Simulink Support

  • The Model Explorer displays also parameters without write access.

Calibration

  • Fixed KWP2000 bit calibration issue.
  • Fixed issue which affected calibration memory initalization in case hex file name is derived from database.
  • Improvement in update calibration window content to support calculation of MDF signals.
  • The automatic snapshot creation after „Flash | Save parameter set + merge in binary file„ is executed correctly.
  • Improved handling of calibration history to support changing of parameter of type MAP or CURVE if a measurement is running.
  • Corrected visualization of state of increment "+" and decrement "-" buttons in the calibration window.
  • 2D/3D window: save setting "Different Z-axis scale" to configuration file.

Diagnostics

  • Improved CANditoFlash stability.
  • Suppressed unnecessary warnings when flashing via diagnostic protocols.

COM Interface

  • Fixed issue when reading data via COM interface.

Known Issues

  • CCP: Write/read A2l Parameter BYTES_ONLY
  • Seed and Key: No error handling of floating point calculations.

Advanced Multimedia

  • Support of same CAN signal names of different CAN messages as object reference for gfx object properties: :$CAN_Message$CAN_Signal
  • Access to ML/SL object output structure components from gfx object properties.
  • Corrected adjustment of graphic object group buttons in Multimedia window.
