New Functions in Version 2.0 SP2, CANoe 7.5 is required:
- Usage of test functions that are defined in .NET, in the same way like it is possible for CAPL. These test functions can be used within test cases that are defined in XML.
- Possibility to define preconditions for test cases that are evaluated before test case start
- New control function to abort current test case or test module
- New primitive to reset signal value to the default value
- New primitive can now be used in conjunction with xml variables to document the current status in the test report
- Usage of diagnostic symbols that are defined within "Basic Diagnostics" editor in CANoe can now be used as symbols for as well
- CAN-Messages can be defined/referenced also numerically even if message does not exist in attached network databases. Mainly intended for usage in conjunction with to test gateways.
- Definition of system variables with value tables is now possible
Further new Functions in Version 2.0 SP2:
- Several issues in DOORS integration (of 2.0 SP1) fixed
- Compatibility to DOORS 9.2 established
- Symbol explorer contains now diagnostic parameters even if they are used in combination with multiplexors
Minor enhancements and corrections in 2.0 SP2:
- Locally defined system variable no longer leads to duplicate definition error
- Handling of exported environments in conjunction with pdx files corrected
- Test cases and test groups are now visualized with their ID in test module browser and list view if no title is given
