Developing complex LIN systems requires the use of a mature design tool capable of supporting LIN-specific design. The Network Designer LIN fulfills this need by providing all of the functionality necessary to create and maintain both the network architecture and the communication data for LIN networks.

The Network Designer LIN provides tailor-made functionalities needed to design LIN systems. Examples include definition of LIN hardware topologies with a Master node and multiple slave nodes, defining LIN frames, and interactively creating the LIN schedule.
All LIN standards are supported, from 1.0 to 2.1 as well as J2602.
