MICROSAR MOST

Vector's MICROSAR MOST is an embedded software solution for your MOST application. You can use MICROSAR MOST to connect AUTOSAR ECUs to a MOST Ring. This enables:

• Transmission of data on the control channel and asynchronous channel as well as
• Gateway functionality to CAN, LIN, FlexRay and Ethernet buses.

MICROSAR MOST is hardware independent and contains the following modules:

• MOSTIF – MOST interface, for hardware-independent conversion of PDUs into MOST frames for transmission
• DISP – Dispatcher, a template for interfacing the MOSTIF and the application to SMSC Net Services.

The PDUR has been extended by the MOST protocol and is available for MICROSAR MOST.

In the context of project work, we would be glad to develop a low level driver for interfacing your special hardware.

The MICROSAR MOST module (MOSTIF) is configured using the familiar GENy configuration tool (a component included with DaVinci Configurator Pro) and the AUTOSAR ECU Configuration Description, which is based on a MOST-specific extension of the AUTOSAR System Description. Vector offers customized solutions, especially for gateways, in which special features of the OEM-specific data formats are considered in configuration.
