Managing non-volatile memory in the ECU

In an ECU, non-volatile memory is used to store program code as well as important data that needs to remain available after a reset (e.g. fault memory entries). The program code is normally transferred to the ECU using a flash bootloader. The data to be stored are created during regular operation and are transferred to memory by a Memory Manager.

Vector can offer you various software modules for managing, checking and restoring these internal data into and out of non-volatile memory.
