Use of extensive text formats:

• A text box is available for editing texts, in which different text styles - bold, italic or enumerations - may be used for formatting. In addition, tables may be processed, and sections of text from external documents may be inserted by copy & paste. This functionality can be applied to any of the eASEE forms.

Working across domains:

• The user can edit objects from other domains without leaving the user’s active domain. Defined for each domain is its accessibility via an external domain.

Adding hyperlinks:

• A formatted text box on an eASEE object’s form makes it possible to add hyperlinks. They may reference files in file servers, objects in the eASEE repository, a web page on Internet or Intranet or an embedded point in a file object.

Object search by roles and rights:

• Searching in eASEE has been extended to include the option of using object roles or rights as search criteria in searching for users, groups or roles. The rights information for an object may be displayed in various views, such as Favorites.
