- Get to know development areas at Vector and your personal mentor
- Ongoing discussions with your mentor, who supports you during your studies
- Work phase(s) of about 4-6 months in jointly defined development areas
- Performance of individually arranged support measures (e.g. projects or training courses)
- Work on your thesis in our development departments.
