CANoe/CANalyzer Option SCOPE

The Option SCOPE is an integrated oscilloscope solution for CANoe.LIN and CANalyzer.LIN, based on a USB scope hardware. The scope is triggered using the sync line of Vector’s interface hardware for LIN (e.g. CANcardXL, CANcaseXL).

Applications:
This very powerful combination of USB scope and LIN tool, offers many new possibilities for the analysis of LIN protocol errors. A representation of the physical layer LIN signal is, in particular during the execution of conformity tests, almost indispensable. Due to the special trigger conditions and the time synchronization with the Trace window, the cause of LIN protocol errors can be located much faster than with a traditional oscilloscope.

Integration in CANoe/CANalyzer:
The Option Scope appears in CANoe.LIN and CANalyzer.LIN as a new analysis window with views for scope configuration, graphical display of the scope data and scope trace. With the Option LIN it is possible to use the Scope window offline without a license, e.g. in order to analyse scope data from other users.
