The analysis tool for development of embedded systems with WLAN
Communication between different vehicles or between vehicles and the infrastructure is performed via WLAN. Option .Car2x extends CANalyzer by adding a IEEE 802.11p conformant WLAN channel (pWLAN). This permits direct analysis of both the Car2x-specific application protocols and the application messages overlaid on them; in the Car2x field this might be the Cooperative Awareness Message (CAM) and the Decentralized Environmental Notification Message (DENM). Typical CANalyzer analysis blocks are used to display the information, e.g. the Trace, Data and Graphic windows.
