General Features and Enhancements:

• DOORS:
  • Now compatible also to DOORS 9.1.
  • Selected Language is now used also if started from DOORS.
  • Generation/import takes care of documents that are directly embedded to DOORS objects.
  • Import of test modules with duplicated IDs corrected.
• Automatic reload of changed symbol databases without the need to reopen the test module.
• Reload of complete environment information (test case libraries, symbol databases) on invocation of "edit" command in CANoe; there is no longer the need to close the test module in the Test Automation Editor.
• Support of the extended comparison with base value and tolerances that can be specified either absolute or relative (feature of CANoe 7.1 SP4).
• Drag and drop of symbols to locations where a symbol name is expected textually, is now possible also (e.g. "node"-attributes in bus signal elements, parameters in testcase instance elements, etc.).
• Variables can now be defined in the preparation sections of test groups and test cases as well.
• Use of "file open" dialog to assign files and paths in several test patterns.
• Copy & paste now possible even between test modules that use different schema versions.
• J1939 test means are now visualized only if a J1939 bus is really used.
• Automatic scrolling in Browser-Window on drag&drop.
• Comments can now contain line breaks.

Corrections:

• Minor issues in "find" operation corrected.
• XSLT transformation for test specifications ("print" command) corrected and updated.
• Chinese Windows Language now possible, TAE uses English GUI language.
